Welcome to the American Koi Judges Association (AKJA) website. The AKJA was established in 2012 with the mission to support the koi keeping hobby through standardized evaluation at U.S. koi shows and education to koi hobbyists. Each year, AKJA judges volunteer at shows to judge koi, assist with technical aspects of hosting a show and offer educational seminars.

Our website will provide U.S. hobbyists with:

• current listing of AKJA classifications
• listing of U.S. koi shows (with links if available)
